- It introduces Integrations, a new way for users to connect from Informer to outside APIs through OAuth. This allows Informer to securely access and manage data from third-party software, such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, Jira, or Zendesk. From Informer, users will only have access to data within third-party applications that they would natively.
- It enables users with MFA enabled to migrate from an on-prem instance to Informer cloud, ensuring uninterrupted security during the transition.
Upping our AI Game
Informer 5.10 also continues Entrinsik’s foray into AI, with significant improvements to AI Assistants. Here’s how:
- By using Integrations with AI Assistants, users can securely interact with their data in third-party applications while leveraging the power of Assistants. Informer becomes the central hub for interacting with organizational data across applications!
- Through AI Assistant Switcher, users can interact with different AI Assistants in the same interface. This tool models how we communicate. It allows users to effortlessly switch between different AI Assistants, each tailored for specific tasks or functions.
- Users can save their AI Assistant instructions and apply them across different Assistants, saving time and effort. By storing commonly used instructions, users can deploy these commands and automatically create a new AI Assistant.
