Projects and Consulting

The scope of work for a standard implementation of Enrole Registration Management software includes all planning, execution, implementation, and training. Enrole and your team will jointly be responsible for the success of each phase and tasks, detailed in the Work Requirements.

An Enrole Project Manager will be assigned to lead the implementation project and will include other Enrole professionals as needed to work on different aspects of the implementation. Our project manager will require your key project team members to meet weekly online and will include previews of feature sets relevant to the project decision-making as well as status updates on the onboarding process. Key milestone dates will be identified and agreed in these meetings.
