  • Is Informer in the cloud or on-prem?

    Informer can be implemented on-prem or in the cloud. It is up to the customer which implementation would best support their goals and objectives.

  • What are the minimum system requirements to run Informer?

    Informer officially supports the following browsers on Windows and macOS desktop. See the article below for most updated list.

    Any browser not in the list, including Internet Explorer, is not officially supported.

  • Is Informer HECVAT compliant?

    Entrinsik has a completed Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) questionnaire. Please reach out to your Informer contact to request a copy.

  • Is Informer VPAT compliant?

    Entrinsik has a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). Please reach out to your Informer contact to request a copy.

  • What types of support does Informer offer?

    Informer customer support uses Zendesk software for support and houses how-to guides, videos, and documentation. The Informer support team can be reached via Zendesk Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm EST.

  • What is the disaster recovery plan for Informer Cloud?

    To ensure business continuity with minimum downtime, data is replicated to a separate datacenter location in real-time. Both the data and application servers will independently failover to redundant servers in different locations. Failover generally takes less than one hour with no data loss.

  • What languages does Informer Support?

    Informer supports English, Canadian French, German, and Mexican Spanish.

  • How soon can we go live?

    We always try to work with our clients’ deadlines when possible. Typically, clients can expect to go live within 2-16 weeks depending on complexity.
