What types of support does Enrole offer?
The Enrole customer support uses Zendesk for support and how-to guides can be accessed 24/7. The Enrole support team can be reached by Zendesk, phone and email, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm EST. Our automated monitoring and intrusion detection software sends alerts and notifications on the health of our system, and if any problems are detected with the service. These automated alerts go to our technical support team 24 hours a day to ensure continuous uptime, or to take immediate and appropriate action.
What is the disaster recovery plan?
To ensure business continuity with minimum downtime during a disaster situation, data is replicated to a separate datacenter location in real time. Both the data and application servers in case of a disaster will independently failover to redundant servers in different locations. Failover generally takes less than one hour.

Instead of complicated tier levels and modular pricing, Enrole is a one-time fee for the standard initial implementation and hosting, and includes free maintenance and support for your first year. From the beginning of year two you will pay an annual (maintenance, support, upgrade, and hosting) charge, with no additional per-user or per-transaction fees.
How soon could we go live?
We always try to work with our customer’s deadline where possible and make recommendations.
