The New Kid on the Block: Betsy Ricotta, Training, Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator

We are thrilled to announce that we recently welcomed a new member to our Enrole team!

Going on her 3rd month with Entrinsik, she will be wearing a lot of hats, including customer service, marketing, and training. Prior to joining us, she worked in Continuing Studies at East Carolina University in Non-Credit Programs. While with ECU, she was the Coordinator for Lifelong Learning and Professional Education.

From Betsy:

I’m excited to be a part of the Enrole team! While I was at ECU, we switched to the Enrole registration system. It was so easy to use, and the customer service was top notch. When I found out there was an opening, I jumped at the chance to apply. Though most of my work experience is in community recreation, customer service has always been a major focus of my position. With my experience in continuing education, I am knowledgeable in the kinds of courses, conferences and trainings that our customers do every day. I look forward to working with our current and potential Enrole clients, and helping make their work day easier.
