Customer Success Analyst

This position will be an integral part of our Customer Success team while working closely with the Client Services, Development, and Sales teams. You will work with existing and potential clients building out analytical content using Informer software, and work with databases to generate usable reports and dashboards. The position also involves consulting, training and demoing of Informer software.

Responsibilities

  • Learn specific industry vertical database schemas in order to create reports and dashboards for current and prospective customers
  • Participate in onboarding new customers as part of the Customer Success team
  • Conduct customized training on Informer to current customers online, and in-person at client locations
  • Update and modify existing report bundles as needed
  • Provide consulting services to current customers to build their Informer content
  • Provide feedback on software design, and assist Informer QA with manual testing
  • Use project management tools to manage client projects and billable hours
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Help to develop and promote Managed Services offerings.
  • Use Zendesk to assist the customer support team as needed
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical assistance during demos and tradeshows
  • Participate in organizing content for Entrinsik’s biannual user conference

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills. Comfortable working with customers on camera and through email.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and SQL
  • Ability to travel to customers sites and tradeshows

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with, and understanding of, relational databases
  • Knowledge and previous experience with Informer software
  • Project management software experience
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems
  • Experience working the Agency and/or Title Insurance vertical
