Training can be delivered on-site or via the Web and we can tailor the content of what is presented to meet your needs.

We offer hourly online training for basic training needs, and two types of on-site training with our dedicated customer support staff. Typical on-site training consists of two days of either introductory, end-user training or advanced technical training. We provide a standard session agenda that can be customized to suit your unique needs.

Informer’s Help Center is available to all users and includes how-to articles and videos, searchable documentation, community forum, and support ticket tracking to immediately assist you and your team in utilizing Informer‘s capabilities.
